The red fire pellet is gamo’s latest state of the art hunting pellet. This advanced pellet is designed with a diamond shaped polymer tip that provides a true ballistic trajectory. The red fire pellet is engineered for balanced expansion insuring intense penetration. The force of impact drives the red polymer tip back into the cylinder jacket material forcing it to expand outwards increasing the diameter of the projectile as it passes through the intended target. The red fire pellets weighs 6.8 grains. If you do a lot of hunting with a higher powered air rifle you’ll appreciate how important pellet choice is by all accounts, these are a very good pellet and very accurate.
