The 17 Mac 2 is a very popular cartridge and has a strong following. You don’t see a lot of guns in the calibre so when they turn up they usually go fairly quickly. This one here will probably suffer the same fate. It a Harrington and Richardson Sportster brake open rifle. The rifle is fitted with a bore barrel measuring 22inches/510mm. It retains 99% of its original blue, has no wear or scratches. The stocks are synthetic in black and in equally as good a condition. Quick detachable QD swivel studs are factory fitted. The rifle has also had fitted a weaver style base and rings which are mounted to a BSA 3 to 9 by 40 scope. Hammer extension has also been fitted to avoid squashing your thumb up against the scope. This rifle is in very tidy condition throughout and will pass any inspection.
