The Awesome New Marlin 917VSF 17HMR Varmint Rifle is here!!

This fantastic calibre 17HMR (Hornady Magnum Rimfire) was released onto the New Zealand market a few years ago and has become a huge favourite of many varmint shooters.

The incredible 17gr ballistic tip projectile travelling at over 2500FPS fires incredibly flat & has been proven to be accurate right out to 250m!! From personal experience we have been able to knock over hares first shot to that and beyond.

You get the Latest Rimfire action from Marlin with the T900 Trigger mech, Stainless fluted 22” Varmint barrel which not only helps dissipate the heat but slightly reduces the barrel weight.

We have topped it off with the 3-9x40 scope, held on with some decent weaver style rings.
