Ruger offers the HMR 77/17 Rimfire Bolt Action rifle with the following features: - 17 HMR cartridge propels a 17-grain, .17 caliber high-performance jacketed synthetic-tip bullet at over 2,500 feet per second, more than 25% faster than a .22 Magnum, providing a flatter trajectory and superior accuracy.
- Patented nine round detachable rotary magazine.
- Solid, heat-treated alloy steel action that features a one-piece right-hand turning bolt with 90-degree bolt lift and ultra-fast lock time for added accuracy.
- Easily accessible three-position safety that allows the shooter to lock the bolt, or to load and unload, with the safety engaged.
- Target Grey 77/17 rifles feature a unique, highly polished, low-glare finish stainless steel that allows you to find your target quickly without scaring game away.
