Gervarm rifles were made by a French company from the late 1950s to the late 1980s also. The A6 was a cheaper model with no checkering on the stock and a fixed blade for front sight and a leaf and elevator rear site. The guns are super reliable having neither a firing pin to speak of or an extraction system. They have an unusual method of operation. The magazine is placed in the gun and bolt is pulled back to its cock position and left there until the trigger is pulled which in turn releases the bolt which picks up a round driving it into the magazine and discharging it , and on the way back ejects it, and it stays back in preparation for the trigger to be pulled again. As I said an unusual system but incredibly reliable. The same system is used most submachine guns. The gun itself is in good tidy condition. The blueing on the rifle is bright with no wear patches. The barrel has also been threaded to accept a silencer . The wood stock is in good condition having only 2 small holes where sling swivels once were. The stock has a few marks and bruises but no splits or cracks and is still very serviceable. If you are after a cheap reliable semiautomatic rifle this Gervarm may well be a good candidate
