The M14 rifle which this weapon is based on was the standard issue US rifle from 1959 to 1970. It was used by both the US Armed forces and the Marine Corps. It was used up until it’s replacement by the M16 in 1970. It remains in limited front line service with the United States Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Airforce and Coastguard. The example shown here is Chinese manufactured and is almost identical in every way to the original American made versions. As far as we know this is probably the only Norinco M14 select fire rifle currently for sale in New Zealand. If you would like any further information on this rifle, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Remember it is C Class, so requires a collector’s licence.
