I recently purchased a sxs kawaguchiya through guncity, over the phone, with MJ being the sales person. I’d just like to say that MJ was a pleasure to deal with and very fast with packaging etc. I am very happy with the purchase which I was a bit apprehensive about as bought over the phone. Yesterday (Sunday 11th) I dropped by your shop in Cranford St in the hope of fixing a scope mounting dilemma on my rifle.
I was met by Quintin and shown a range of rings and bases and given advice by him on the best way to go with my scope.
To my surprise he then fitted the mount and rings in a very professional manner, set up the scope and even bore sighted it for me!
I thought such great customer service went out years ago.
I am very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, not to mention his work on my rifle.
A big thanks to him!!

Huge thanks and big congrats on the $1 gun promotion.
The kids and I came in to buy some .22 ammo for the summer bunny busting season and never dreamed we would be the ones to come across "the gun".
Great timing as my old ruger is getting a little tired after 20 plus years.I was saying to my son on the way to the store that it would be nice to upgrade soon. My daughter replied, "Dad I think you are gonna win the gun today, I just know it".
The staff in ChCh are fantastic and well versed in all the products.What a credit to the bussiness they are.Once again thank you, I feel very fortunate to have been the lucky person in the right spot at the right time.

This email is to compliment you and especially Leon, he was well mannered, helpful and answered many of my questions - resulting in a sale of one Ruger .22 with scope and suppressor, a Stoeger semi 12 gauge shotgun, 2 carry cases and a heap of .22 shells and 12 gauge lead and steel cartridges. Plus some other accessories.

All this went down at 10 30 am on Sunday 7 August 2011 at your store in Carr Road. Initially I was making enquiries about a month ago with your sales person Glenn. I've been an avid gun user since my early days (I turn 69 in September) when I was a youngster. Only double UO or SBS were allowed for game bird.shooting No hen pheasants. Man how things have changed now. And of course 'lead' was OK to use.

I was recently hospitalised because of heart failure. Too many cigarettes, booze, fried foods and lack of exercise. So they slammed an ICD (pacemaker) into me on 3 June 2011. Just below my left collar bone. I have now fully recovered and can fire shotguns from my right shoulder and pretty much any other small arms weapon. Hence my visit to your great shop.

I hope I'm not boring you but my shopping at your store has given me a new lease on life and made me realise how lucky I am to pursue a sport I grew up with. Oh yeah - I've given up all the bad eating habits - no more smoking and no more booze. I now have the wherewithall and weapons to enjoy a great outdoors lifestle - I'm just waiting now for shooting season 2012.

I live in Kennedy Bay Coromandel about 100 meters from the sea. Easy walkng access to rivers, lakes and every morning it's becoming harder to sleep in because of the racket the ducks and pheasants cause. I hope to put a cease to their chattering next season.

Please feel free to use this letter of recommendation as a testimonial of the fine service your staff provide. They've made a youngish old man very happy.

Hi There,

I did a reloading course with Coleman last year and finally got to shoot with the reloads.

Great grouping over open sights with a very old 303.

It’s definitely converted me to reloading.

Humour.
I once caught a fish so big we used two star-iron pickets welded together for ahook and the photos of him were big too. The negatives dressed out at 7 pound each!
