Instructions: 3 Steps

1. Grab the hyper disc thrower, position the black foam piece on your forearm and grab handle. Turn unit sideways with the black clip (where the clay disc is secured) facing up. Insert clay disc into black clip.

2. Once clay disc is securely in the black clip, grab the handle at the end of the hyper disc Thrower and pull back toward your chest. (Distance pulled back, will differ depending on size of clay disc you are shooting).

3. Aim the unit in the direction you want the disc to fly and release the handle.
