Steamlight incorporated is a leading provider of high performance flashlights and they have introduced the waypoint a hand held pistol grip spotlight designed to provide extremely bright light for a wide variety of low light applications. The waypoint uses a c4 power Led to provide a light output of 210 lumens  measured system output and 115 thousand candle power output at the beams peak intensity on the high setting the housing is constructed of high impact polycarbonent and includes an intiglated stand so it can be set up for stationary seen lighting and provides three  lighting settings high, low and strobe mode.

The light is powered by 4 c sized alkaline  batteries and delivers 8.5 hours running time on the high setting and 120 hours on both low and strobe settings. The light is impervious to shock and features a 50 thousand hour lifetime. The light has a cushion handle and high strength wrist lanyard these are an awesome light if you have ever seen one in action and if you haven’t its well worth it. All the streamlight lights are particularly good and well designed for the hunter or tramper etc.
