Zip Vac is a patented reusable resealable vacuum bag which can be used for freezer storage, microwaving or boiling. Zip Vac’s triple layer bags have a better oxygen barrier than any other food storage bag and have a premium vacuum valve. The Zip Vac manual vacuum pump requires no batteries or power and is very easy to use. Keeping air out keeps food flavour and nutritional value in. Textured bag interior enhances air evacuation. The bags are durable and puncture resistant and they’re designed for the freezer, refrigerator and counter top. Meats marinate faster when vacuum packed . The kit consists of 6 Zip Vac vacuum storage bags, 3 with a 3.8 litre capacity bag and 3 with a .9 litre capacity bag. Worth considering as a food storage system and they are available at a very reasonable price.
